When do I actually get paid for a request?
Citizen payments are held in escrow when a request comes in. The amount moves to your available balance only once you mark the request completed — so you always know exactly what you can withdraw.
What happens if I have to reject a request?
The citizen is refunded automatically and the held amount is released — you never end up out of pocket for work you didn’t do.
Do citizens need to re-upload documents every time?
No — once a document is uploaded to their vault, it’s reused automatically for every future request that needs it.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. The admin sets a fixed platform fee per service; you decide what to charge on top of that for your centre.
